Would you rather be ignored?

Would you rather be ignored?

Once again,I was told I was rude to have an auto-reply. For those of you that haven't received it, it just reiterates what I say in my profile about that I'm serious about not being interested in married men or men a lot younger than me. Of course, the comment that I was rude came from someone who is married. The way I figure it, if he respected what I wrote in my profile he wouldn't have emailed me in the first place to receive my auto-reply.

I was under the impression that it is better to give some response explaining why I wasn't emailing back than just ignoring.

Got me wondering...would you rather your email be ignored, or receive an auto-reply?

Really if you cant read then it's on you.
The only caveat is for us standard members- put the warning out where we can see it in the pop up window when we hover over your profile pic. If it's there then hey it's completely on the viewer for being stupid or not being able to read all the words instead of skimming....

Being ignored is much better than some lifeless
excuse reminding those of their bad choice in the
first place.Being ignored is the first thing men encounter anyway
so you get used to it!

Using more than all the road!

With an auto-reply, at least you know the person received your email and probably won't be responding.

With so many fake foks out there at least with an 'auto-reply' you know someone's behind the profile.

I'd take the auto-reply, that way at least I know something came back.

Neither I would like my emails to get a long reply professing their willingness to take care of all my wants and desires as soon as possible or at least a yes.

But seriously if I sent someone a serious email expressing an interest I guess it would be nice to get anything in return that said they weren't interested if that was the case but if I didn't get an answer then I would assume they weren't.

I admit to having ignored some emails from some women that weren't of interest to me for one reason or another and I feel bad about it but also feel it would be difficult to word a reply saying I'm not interested without hurting their feelings if they were to reply wanting to know why.

Vive La Difference

I prefer to send me a Autoreply than ignore me. As I say in my
Profile prefer a '' no '' to '' ignore ''. But good topic of conversation for brought here.

As you well know far too many folks here are easily offended
for reasons that usually make no sense at all.
